Breath work is one of the 8 limbs (or aspects) of yoga practice, in Sanskrit called prāṇāyāma. It is the process of consciously applying particular techniques to our breathing in order to produce a desired effect. It is an accessible, meditative practice that can bring calm and clarity to both body and mind.
In this series of audio lessons and guided practices, we explore the basics of breath work and learn how to cultivate a daily practice.
