This week will present the opportunity to do some deep internal work that has eluded us for some time now, mainly because we have been operating under the belief that something/someone outside of ourselves is what needs to be reworked.

The core of this internal work is E.M.P.O.W.E.R.M.E.N.T. Upon shifting our attention inward, we can discover the depth of our ability to be resourceful, authentic, resilient, and adaptable. When we apply these abilities practically to solve our own problems, they can feel like superpowers, an in a way they are, especially when they serve not only to enrich our own lives but to inspire those around us to follow suit.

The ripple effect of the work we begin to do this week is capable of fundamentally shifting the way human beings relate to one another, which is a beautiful concept if not potentially overwhelming. Avoid this exhaustion by focusing on your own behavior, thoughts, and actions. Make change as it applies practically to your own life and in your own time.
